The following agencies provide legal assistance to individuals with legal problems in one or more of the consumer law subjects listed: Legal Advice & Referral Center: LARC is primarily a legal hotline, providing advice and counsel to eligible callers over the telephone. LARC makes referrals to other agencies as appropriate, and provides most of the intake and referral for the Pro Bono Program of the New Hampshire Bar Association. LARC also provides more extensive pro se assistance, and direct representation in a small number of cases. New Hampshire Legal Assistance: NHLA provides direct representation in certain cases. Clients must meet eligibility requirements. Clients may apply for services directly through the branch law offices.
